After nearly two
decades as both a classroom teacher and a special education teacher, I am
excited to share some of my most effective and FUN teaching resources with my
many friends out there including teachers, parents, and homeschool
parents-teachers.
These well designed toys
are made to be safe, and built to endure many long hours of physical activity
and play for kids. As an educator I have observed, first hand, that
many children spend far too much time playing video games or watching
television minimizing the benefits of physical activity so vital for growing
minds and bodies. In addition, due to budget cuts and a push to comply
with the rigorous standards of "No Child Left Behind", many elementary
schools have cut back on valuable recess time and physical education
activities. This line of toys is designed to support children in getting
the physical activity their developing minds and bodies require, while allowing
them to have a great time doing so.
